Firefighters respond to 6th heath fire in Dorset, in 5 days
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue received 31 calls about a fire off Higher Blandford Road last night
More than 30 calls were made to Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service overnight about another heath fire.
Seven crews were called to two hectares of land off Higher Blandford Road near Corfe Hills School at around 7.30pm..
It follows five heath fires in Bournemouth and Poole over the weekend which are being investigated by the police.
