Appeal to trace hit and run van driver in Ferndown
They didn't stop at the scene of a collision near Haskins Garden Centre
Dorset Police are looking to trace a driver involved in a collision in Ferndown, that didn't stop at the scene.
The crash happened on the Haskins Garden Centre roundabout on Ringwood Road at around 6.20am on Wednesday last week (5th April).
A blue Audi A6 estate and a white or grey flatbed Transit-style van were involved, but they didn't stop to exchange details.
PC Erin Kinghorn, of East Dorset police, said:
“I am appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area and witnessed what happened to please come forward.
“Also, I would urge anyone who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage to please get in touch.
“Finally, I am keen to hear from the driver of the second vehicle involved so I can take your account of what happened.”
