Drugs, weapons and cash seized by police in Weymouth raids
Officers have searched two addresses in Melcombe Regis
More than £55,000 worth of drugs, money and assets have been seized by police in Weymouth.
Searches were carried out at two addresses in the Melcombe Regis area last Wednesday (23rd November).
Large quantities of cash, offensive weapons and knives were also recovered.
Two men and a woman all in their 20's were arrested for various offences - including assaulting an emergency worker; possession of controlled drugs; and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
They've all been released while enquiries continue.
Police say they'll 'relentlessly pursue suspected serious and organised criminality across borders to ensure Dorset is a safe county for everyone'.
