Weymouth and Bournemouth rank highly for social media views

Dorset beaches seem to fuelling social media views, and going viral on TikTok in particular.
A rundown of the top seaside resorts for mentions on the app ranks Weymouth in second place for the UK, and Bournemouth in third.
Brighton came top with a total of 79.6 million views.
Weymouth isn't far behind, with 64.5 million views, as well as more than 4,000 excellent reviews online for the Blue Flag beach.
There's also been 46.3 million views of Bournemouth on TikTok, which has nearly 6,000 top reviews on TripAdvisor too.
The numbers came as holiday park company Parkdean Resorts have carried out a survey, in which 1 in 2 people said they felt instantly happier and more relaxed when they're breathing in sea air.
Their study of 2,000 people also found just over a third found the beach more relaxing than a spa day, and 22% saying the only time they properly relax is when they're on holiday.
Online searches for 'relaxing family breaks UK' have also risen 100% in the last 12 months.
