Offenders broke into One Stop in Kings Road early on Monday morning

A Dorchester convenience store's been burgled, with police now asking anyone with information to come forward.

The One Stop on Kings Road was broken into at around 2.10am on Monday (23rd January).

Three men are believed to have forced entry, but fled the scene when the alarms activated.

It's believed nothing was taken.

PC Maddie Barber, of Dorset Police, said:

“We are carrying out enquiries into this burglary and I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the early hours of Monday 23 January 2023.

“I would also urge residents with home CCTV systems or doorbell cameras, as well as any motorists with dashcam who were in the vicinity, to please check their footage for anything that might assist our investigation.”
