Dorchester Police seize two cars in four days
Officers have taken action against 'anti-social drivers'
Police in Dorchester have seized two vehicles in the space of four days - and say they serve as a warning to other drivers.
In one incident, officers carried out patrols of the Top O' Town car park on Saturday night (31st August), after reports of vehicle-related anti-social behaviour in recent weeks.
They found one car, which was being driven 'recklessly' with a person led across the bonnet.
The owner had previously been given a police warning for similar issues, which meant his vehicle could be seized.
They've also been reported for careless and inconsiderate driving, and will have to pay a fee to have the care released.
Officers say they'll keep patrolling the area for further incidents.
Meanwhile, another car has been seized by police, after it was driven by an unsupervised provisional licence holder and had no insurance.
That was taken away yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 4th September) with a person reported to court.
