Cyclist suffers 'extensive bruising' in Christchurch collision

A cyclist in his 30s has suffered 'extensive bruising and grazing' after the bike he was riding collided with a van in Christchurch.

A white Ford Transit was involved in the crash on Stoney Lane at around 8.20am on Saturday 15th October.

There's now an appeal from Dorset Police for any witnesses or drivers with dash-cam footage to get in touch.

PC Tom Ringer, of the Roads Policing Team, said:

“I am carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision and would ask any witnesses to please come forward.

“I am also keen to hear from any motorists who were travelling in the area and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
