Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to identify after £600 worth of alcohol was stolen from a supermarket in Gillingham.
At around 12.45pm on Wednesday 17 August a man entered Asda in Station Road and stole a number of bottles of alcohol with a total value of around £600.
Police Constable Clifford Ryan, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this theft and I am now in a position to issue CCTV images of a man we would like to identify.
“I appreciate the images are not the best quality, but I am hoping someone may be able to recognise him, possibly through the distinctive tattoo on his right bicep that can be seen.
“I would urge anyone with information relating to this man’s identity to please come forward.”
