Car has windows smashed in Poole criminal damage incident

A CCTV image has been released of a man police want to trace

A Mini Cooper car's had its windows smashed in what's being treated as a criminal damage incident in Poole.

The vehicle was targeted while parked in the Tower Road West area of Branksome at around 12.20pm on Thursday 16th January.

A handbag, containing a bank card, cash and perfume, were also stolen from inside the car.

Officers have now shared a CCTV image of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with what happened.

Police Community Support Investigator Brett Hirst, of Poole police, said:

“An investigation is continuing into the incident and we are now in a position to release a CCTV image of a man we’d like to identify as part of our enquires.

“I would ask anyone who recognise this man to please get in touch.”
