Car involved in fail-to-stop crash with A31 road sign
Police are looking to trace a driver after an incident at St Leonards
A car's collided with a road sign on the A31 at St Leonards, and failed to stop at the scene.
Dorset Police are now looking to trace the driver involved in a crash near to the BP garage at around 7.45pm on Saturday (1st March).
The vehicle involved is believed to be a blue BMW.
There's now an appeal for witnesses to get in touch with police.
PC Steve Hall, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I would urge anyone who saw the collision or a blue BMW travelling in the area on the evening of Saturday 1 March 2025 to please get in touch.
“I would also urge anyone who may have captured any relevant dashcam footage to please contact us.”
