Bournemouth drug dealer jailed for five and a half years
Officers found crack cocaine at 42 year old Damion Daniel Heaven's home
A drug dealer from Bournemouth has been given a five and a half year jail sentence.
42 year old Damion Daniel Heaven has been found guilty of three charges of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply, fraud and possessing Class A and B drugs.
Officers carried out a search warrant at his flat in Christchurch Road, Boscombe in September 2020, following information passed to police.
They found 34 grams of crack cocaine under a bed cover, some herbal cannabis, £3,440 in cash and other drug-related paraphernalia.
Heaven’s car was also found to be illegally parked outside, displaying a blue badge in someone else’s name.
He was arrested and was subsequently released under investigation.
Heaven was then further arrested in his vehicle in Wharncliffe Road in May 2023 and was found to be in possession of cannabis.
Another search at his home found a further 35 grams of cocaine as well as more herbal cannabis.
PC Andrew Jennings, of the Boscombe NPT, said:
“We recognise the impact drug dealing has on our local communities and we continue to take proactive action to identify those involved in the supply chain and take drugs off our streets.
“Through this investigation we were able to expose Heaven as someone involved in the supply of class A drugs and take positive action, which has resulted in him facing a significant period behind bars."
