Two men charged after weapons recovered in Birmingham

West Midlands Police have charged two men after recovering weapons including a knife.

Officers from the Proactive Crime Team arrested two men following patrols in the Ladywood area of Birmingham.

Neil Smith, 46, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon, and was remanded to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court.

Judah Benjamin, 44, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon, and is set to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court next month.
