Man charged after women suffered gunshot injuries in Wolverhampton

West Midlands Police have charged a man after three women suffered gunshot injuries in Frederick Street, Wolverhampton, on Friday evening (27 Sept).

Following the incident, the women were taken for hospital treatment, two have been discharged and one remains there in a stable condition.

Deshaun White, aged 21, is due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today charged with attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Police have an increased presence in the area to reassure the local community and are asking anyone who’s yet to speak to them, but thinks they can help enquiries, to get in touch.
