A number of drivers were threatened with violence before being forced out of their cars.
Paul Campbell, 34, of no fixed abode, was arrested yesterday (8 Oct) after a number of cars and their drivers were targeted.
He has now been charged with robbery, criminal damage, and driving dangerously.
He is due before magistrates in Birmingham today (9 Oct).
