Attempted murder charge after gun fired in Aston
A man was also treated for stab wounds on Saturday
A 21-year-old has appeared in court, following disorder in Aston on Saturday (12th October).
A gun was fired at the junction of Witton Road and Endicott Road.
A man was treated for stab wounds and a 19-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and later bailed pending further enquiries.
Kye Lemathy appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court today (17th October) after being charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 14th November.
