The excitement is building for Glastonbury fans as the festival has announced its full line up and set times for 2022.

We have known about many of the biggest acts set to perform for some time, but we now know exactly when they will be taking to the stage as well.

It comes with the festival having not happened since 2019 because of coronavirus.

Headlining the Pyramid Stage on Friday 24 June, Billie Eilish will make her appearance at 10:15pm, with her set due to go on until 11:45pm.

Beatles icon Paul McCartney is due to be on even longer the next day, from 9:30pm to 11:45pm, while on the Sunday headliner Kendrick Lamar will finish slightly earlier, with his set due to run from 9:45pm until 11:15pm.

Many have been reacting with excitement on social media, while others begin to work out how they will see all their favourite acts, with so much due to be happening at the same time.

For example, on the Friday, while Sam Fender plays the Pyramid Stage from 8:15pm to 9:15pm, St Vincent will be on the Other Stage, Bonobo will be on the West Holts Stage and Phoebe Bridgers will be on the John Peel Stage.

Meanwhile overlapping with his set due to start at 9pm, Fatboy Slim will be DJing the Sonic Stage in the Festival's dance area.

Before Paul McCartney headlines the Pyramid Stage on Saturday 25 June festival goers will also have a chance to see Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds on the same stage, Olivia Rodrigo on the Other Stage and Caribou on the West Holts Stage.

On Sunday artists due to perform include Lorde, Elbow the Pet Shop Boys, Charlie XCX and Kendrick Lamar as already mentioned.
