The funeral of one of the three little girls, killed in the knife-attack at a dance class in Southport is set to take place later.

A service for nine year-old Alice DaSilver Aguiar will be held at St Patrick's Catholic Church in Sefton at 2pm.

Family and friends will gather in the church to remember the little girl - tragically killed during that horrific attack at a Taylor Swift themed dance class.

Large screens and a loudspeaker system will also broadcast the service to people outside, as people from across the community are expected to show their support.

Parish Priest Father John Heneghan will deliver the service, he told us:

"Her life has left a remarkable impression on all those who knew her, and now those who didnt' are getting to be lifted up by her.

"She had a smile, I called it a rainbow smile, it would lift you up. I'll never forget that smile.

"Words can't express the grief, but the way her mum has described it is... let her go dancing into heaven."
