If you are a fan of reality TV then there's no doubt you've already binge-watched all seven series of Netflix show Selling Sunset, which follows the dramatic and glamorous lives of real estate agents at exclusive brokerage The Oppenheim Group.

As series eight has now arrived, we've found everything you need to know about the Selling Sunset cast...

Who is on Selling Sunset?

Mary Fitzgerald

Mary Fitzgerald has been a popular cast member since season one arrived, with the 40-year-old marrying her French toyboy Romain Bonnet in season 2 in a client's property she'd actually previously listed!

Mary gets dubbed as 'teacher's pet' by her Selling Sunset co-stars, with The Oppenheim Group's founder Jason Oppenheim often giving her the 'best listings' and putting her in charge whilst he's away.

Jason Oppenheim

Jason Oppenheim is the President and founder of real estate brokerage The Oppenheim Group, and is consistently ranked as a top agent in the country.

Alongside his twin brother Brett, Jason is is also a trained lawyer and he's worth an estimated $50 million!

Oh, and he's also the ex-boyfriend of Mary Fitzgerald, but don't worry, the pair have remained the best of friends!

In July 2021, Jason confirmed he was dating co-star Chrishell Stause, however, the pair announced their split in December 2021.

Brett Oppenheim

Brett Oppenheim is the Vice-President of The Oppenheim Group and manages the team alongside his twin brother Jason.

However, after season 3 aired, reports suggested Brett had left the group to set up his own brokerage! Despite this, he still features on the show!

Chrishell Stause

Chrishell Stause joined the show at the beginning of season 1 and quickly become a fan favourite.

Chrishell's shock divorce to American actor Justin Hartley played out in season 3, despite very limited mentions of him throughout the rest of the show.

After Chrishell announced she'd split from new boyfriend, Dancing With The Stars pro Keo Motsepe, at the end of February, fans are hoping the drama will play out in series four.

It was also revealed in July 2021 that Chrishell was dating her boss and co-star, Jason Oppenheim. However, the pair split in December 2021.

Emma Hernan

Model and social media star Emma Hernan joined the cast in series 4.

She has her own own frozen food company, called Emma Leigh & Co and she's also good friends with Selling Sunset star Amanza Smith.

Emma has since become a huge character on the show, creating a strong bond with co-star Chrishell.

Chelsea Lazkani

Real estate agent Chelsea Lazkani joined the cast of Selling Sunset for series 5.

Chelsea, who is British, is married to her husband Jeff Lazkani, and the pair share two children together. However, in 2024, the paired filed for a divorce, with scenes set to play out in series 8.

Amanza Smith

Amanza joined the show in season 2, however it didn't take her long to fit in after being friends with both Jason and Brett Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald for a number of years.

The former model is a mum-of-two and worked as a stager before joining to the brokerage as a real estate agent.

Nicole Young

The Oppenheim Group employee Nicole Young joined the cast in series 6. Nicole was originally due to appear from series 1, but she pulled out of the show at the last minute. However, she's now revealed she's ready to live her life in front of the camera, and she certainly brought the drama.

Bre Tiesi

Model Bre joined the cast for series 6, admitting she'd only recently become a real estate agent. Her son, whom she shares with Nick Cannon, also appears on the show.

Alanna Gold

Series eight sees the arrival of brand new agent and cast member Alanna Gold. Alanna, who is also a model, appears to take her fellow agents to a Country town she owns in the trailer, telling them: "I own a little Western town in the desert."

Heather Rae El Moussa

Before appearing on Selling Sunset, Heather actually worked as an actress and a model in America. After she started dating Tarek El Moussa in season 1, Heather announced her engagement in July 2020, before going on to marry him in October 2021.

Heather then welcomed a baby boy in February 2023.

Following the seventh series, Heather announced in April 2024 that she wouldn't be returning for series eight, revealing she's now got her own show with her husband Tarek.

Maya Vander

Maya Vander splits her time between Los Angeles and Miami, working for The Oppenheim Group when she's in Beverly Hills.

In season 2 Maya welcomed her first child into the world, a baby boy called Aiden after suffering two tragic miscarriages. She then welcomed a baby girl into the world in May 2021, just days after season 2 aired on Netflix.

Maya confirmed in June 2022 that she will no longer appear on further series of Selling Sunset, but she did appear via FaceTime in series 6.

Davina Potratz

Davina was a more quieter member of the cast and simply got on with her business in season 1 and 2... That was until she made a comment about Romain's engagement ring choice, leading to her being axed from the guest list by the French man.

At the end of season 2, Davina was attempting to list a mansion owned by billionaire Adnan Sen for $80 million, something which was still ongoing in season 3. Although Davina occasionally pops up on the show, she's no longer a main cast member.

Christine Quinn

Christine Quinn is one of the most talked-about cast members of Selling Sunset, with her lavish parties and no-nonsense personality.

In season 2 of Selling Sunset, Christine announced her engagement to retired businessman Christian Richard, with the pair throwing a very eccentric engagement party.

Season 3 was also massive for Christine, with her lavish wedding being filmed for the show, as she walks down the alter in a stand-out BLACK dress.

In February 2021, Christine announced she was pregnant with her first child, with the gender reveal reportedly due to play out in season 4. Christine welcomed her baby boy in May.

As Christine has now left The Oppenheim Group, she will not appear in future series.

Romain Bonnet

He's the French model that stole the heart of Mary Fitzgerald (and us), with the pair tying the knot in season 2. Viewers got to see the stubborn side of Romain after his argument with Davina, which led to him not backing down over the guest list plans.

Romain also now works for The Oppenheim Group as a trusted contractor, with him doing construction work for the company's brand new office.

Vanessa Villela

Former actress Vanessa Villela has joined the cast of Selling Sunset for series 4, after making her way into the real estate industry.

Although she was born in Mexico, Vanessa became an American citizen in 2017 and she's been very vocal about her excitement at joining the show.

She didn't appear in series 6 or 7.

Who joined the cast of Selling Sunset in series 8?

A brand new agent joined the show in series eight, in the form of Alanna Whittaker Gold.

As well as becoming an agent in the luxury property market in 2020, Alanna is also a model, having worked for brands such as Tom Ford. In the trailer for series eight, Alanna tells the girls: “I own a little Western town in the desert.”

In July 2022, Alanna married her husband Adam Gold in California.

Who joined the cast of Selling Sunset in series 7?

As filming for the seventh series took place around the same time as series six, there were no new members to the cast.

Who joined the cast of Selling Sunset in series 6?

There were two brand new cast members for series six, in the form of Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi.

Whilst Nicole was already an employee at The Oppenheim Group and is friends with the cast, Bre arrived as a new agent, having only recently made the career move from modelling.

Speaking about the fact she was initially due to appear during series 1 of Selling Sunset, Nicole told PEOPLE: "Originally, I was a part of the main cast. Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming. I just wasn't ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business — which I'm very protective of — to the entire world."

Meanwhile, Bre, who recently gave birth to a baby boy called Legendary Love Cannon, told the publication: "I wanted to transition out of modelling and start setting myself up for a long-term career. I started taking it more seriously and tapping into my network, and that's when I started making some high-figure sales.

"As amazing as modelling was as an industry for me, I was just kind of over it. You know, I'm 31 now. So I'm like, it's time to be a big girl!"

Is Heather Rae El Moussa still on Selling Sunset?

During an interview alongside her husband Tarek in April 2024, Heather confirmed she wouldn't be be appearing in series eight, with producers not asking her to come back.

Speaking on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, she said: "It was a blessing that I wasn't asked to come back because I'm so much happier filming my show with Tarek. We're co-producers on our show so we pick the hours. With Selling Sunset, I never knew when I was going to be filming.

"It was last minute, it took over my life, it was hard to do my real job — real estate. It was hard to do anything else.

"There would be days I'd come home to him Tarek crying from the stress of filming."

Admitting she tried to keep away from the drama with her fellow cast mates, Heather added: "I pretty much was level-headed almost the whole time. I was kind of friends with everyone and I kept things pretty chill in my life.

"You're around a bunch of women who all want to be stars on the show, you know, number one. And they'll kind of do anything."

Is Christine Quinn still on Selling Sunset?

Sadly, Christine does not appear in season six or seven of Selling Sunset. Although she previously hinted that she will appear in the show, despite leaving The Oppenheim Group, it was later confirmed that she will not be featured.

The decision was reportedly mutual between Christine and Netflix, with the star thought to be shifting her attention to focus on modelling, as well as co-managing her crypto-oriented brokerage RealOpen with her husband, Christian Richard.

Who was the new cast member in season 5?

Along with the start date announcement in March 2021, it was also revealed real estate agent Chelsea Lazkani would be joining the cast of Selling Sunset.

Taking to Instagram, mum-of-two Chelsea told fans: 'The secret is OUT! 🌟

'I’m beyond thrilled to announce that I have joined the cast of @netflix Selling Sunset! So grateful for everyone involved, the list is long and you know who you are. The laughs, the lux, the drama, it’s all there in season 5 and I can’t wait for you all to see it!'. (sic)

Chelsea, who is the first British-Nigerian woman on the show, graduated with a BA in Economics from University of Birmingham and a Masters in Oil and Gas Economics from Scotland’s University of Dundee.

Before joining The Oppenheim Group in July 2021, Chelsea worked for Rodeo Realty for almost three years.

The new Selling Sunset star married her husband Jess Lazkani in 2017, with the pair sharing two children together, their son Maddox Ali Lavon and their daughter Melia Man.

Who joined the cast of Selling Sunset in series 4?

After both Christine and Davina hinted there could be new agents for the fourth series, it was later confirmed that actress turned real estate agent Vanessa Villela and model and social media star Emma Hernan had both joined the cast.

Announcing the news she was joining the show in May 2021, Vanessa wrote on Instagram: 'Dreams do come true. It is with great honor and excitement that the official announcement was made today about me joining the beautiful and fun cast of one of the top Netflix shows, “Selling Sunset” and the amazing team and company of Real Estate @theoppenheimgroup

'I am so excited! 😬 Not only because I was able to manifest this dream of blending my background in acting with my latest passion in real estate but because I want to help empower and show others to never give up on yourself or your dreams.

'I’m beyond grateful and blessed with this next chapter of my life. I can’t wait to have you and the audience personally watch how it unfolds and I thank all of you for being on this journey with me!!! 💫❣️💫❣️'. (sic)

Emma also confirmed she'd joined the cast in May 2021, writing on social media: 'The secret is out!!! I am beyond excited to announce I will be joining the cast of @netflix Selling Sunset! Can’t wait to share more about my life and career in season 4 coming soon!!

Who has left Selling Sunset?

Maya Vander announced in 2022 she would no longer appear in any future series of Selling Sunset.

Maya took to her Instagram Stories to confirm she won't be returning. explained why she decided to leave the show saying: 'It was not an easy decision!

'The last few months were not easy. Losing a baby at 38 weeks following a miscarriage is just too much to handle. I just want to be home with my husband and beautiful kids who I absolutely adore.'

In 2022, Christine Quinn's future on the show was also in doubt, with it being confirmed later in the year that the star would not be returning for season six or seven.

After leaving her role within The Oppenheim Group, Christine said on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast: "The thing is I love the show and I always want to be a part of a show, period, I love being on television.

"I don't know what my future looks like in terms of Selling Sunset, but they have reached out to me and want to get creative in storyland world.

"I told them, I made it very clear, I filmed last season under the intention that we were going to go along with me starting my own brokerage, and you made me look like a fool. It's one thing to do things for TV and have fun with it, but when you're accusing me of criminal misconduct that draws the line for me, because that's not stuff I participate in."

It was later reported that Christine will not be returning to the show for at least two more seasons.

All eight series of Selling Sunset are available to watch on Netflix now.
