Ahhh Love Island! The reality TV show we look forward to binge-watching every Summer, sitting in our PJs, pigging out on endless amounts of food whilst watching beautiful people try and find love in an over-priced villa out in a sunny country.

After the 2020 series of the hit ITV2 dating show was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, rumours are now rife that the 2021 series could be filmed in the UK, after the success of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

Of course, the Summer series is usually filmed out in Mallorca, with the first ever Winter series at the start of 2020 taking place in South Africa.

Although nothing has been confirmed just yet, we've decided to take a look at all of the possible (weird and wonderful) locations across the UK and Ireland that the show could take place.

Love Island voiceover Iain Stirling recently hinted the show could be filmed in the UK, telling metro.co.uk, "Hey, let’s see what happens. Like I said, I’ve no idea, but it could be quite amusing seeing Love Island contestants embracing the beaches of Bognor Regis at some point.

"When they can’t eat their dinner because seagulls are taking it off the plate… it could mix it up.

"I genuinely thought I’m A Celeb was so brilliant this year, it’s an option."
