Laura Whitmore explains why she DOES NOT need to isolate after Love Island visits
Fans were questioning her trips
There's no denying the fact that Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore hasn't been in the villa as much as usual this year, mainly due to the ongoing travel restrictions in place during the Coronavirus pandemic.
However, when she does fly over to the sunny Island of Mallorca, the new mum certainly brings drama with her, usually resulting in either a vote off or a new Islander.
But one question on most viewers' lips is why Laura doesn't need to isolate when she returns back to the UK.
Why does Laura Whitmore not need to isolate when she returns to the UK from Love Island?
At the moment, the Balearic Islands are currently on the amber list, meaning anybody coming back into the UK must isolate for 10 days at home.
However, after a number of fans took to social media to ask how Laura flies home to present Love Island: Aftersun live in London on Sunday nights, the Irish beauty explained she's fully vaccinated, meaning the 10-day isolation rules no longer apply.
Speaking during an Instagram Q&A, Laura said: "The Balearic Islands were in amber so when I did go there I had to isolate for five days, I'm not sure everyone knew that. I had to isolate five days on my return.
"Then rules went green, and now it's amber again, but I'm double vaxxed.
"I also have to be in London every Sunday as part of my Love Island contract. I need to host Love Island: Aftersun, which I love. It's just so much fun, I love live telly. But that's another logistical nightmare, that we need to make sure that I'm always back in time for that. If I could, I'd probably just move into the, I mean who wouldn't?"

No getting drunk
According to 2017 contestant Kem Cetinay, contestants are allowed one small glass of wine or beer a night with dinner.
Being drunk's an absolute no-no, so sex while intoxicated is obviously against the rules too.
No masturbating
No solo sex acts are allowed in the villa, though obviously allowed to get jiggy with their partner.
No nudity
Contestants cannot be naked in front of other islanders, since the villa is technically a public space.
No books, phones or magazines
The islanders are given snazzy phones from their sponsor, Samsung (what else would they get their texts on?); but anyone sneaking their own mobile phone into the villa would risk being removed.
Same goes for books and magazines, too.
No inappropriate language or behaviour
This could cover homophobic, racist or aggressive language and is quite the broad rule. Inappropriate behaviour is again at producers' discretion, and would include violence and sexual harassment.
No discriminating against staff
Any Islanders who are rude to crew could run the risk of being booted off the show, and contestants must NOT take their mic packs off unless instructed to.
Follow the rule book
Simple. Contestants must obey the rule book they're provided with; which includes information on safe sex, consent and how to know if you're following the guidelines.
Laura, who welcomed her first child with Love Island voice-over Iain Stirling earlier this year, last visited this year's Islanders as they partied at the beach club, revealing Abigail Rawlings, Tyler Cruickshank, Kaz Kamwi, Dale Mehmet, Mary Bedford and Jake Cornish were all at risk of being dumped.
Although it's not yet known when Laura will next pop up in the villa, she is set to arrive in Mallorca for this year's final, which takes place on Monday 23rd August.
