Following the mammoth success of the first series, ITV/STV have now commissioned a second series of Fletcher's Family Farm, which follows actor Kelvin Fletcher, his wife Liz, and their four kids live on their farm in the Peak District.

What will it be about?

The new series, which will be broadcast in the Winter, will see the beloved family give an intimate insight into rural life, all set within the beautiful National Park.

ITV say of the second series: 'The second series promises even more adventures as the family extend their livestock, Kelvin finally welcomes a herd of pregnant cows to the farm, they tackle an emotionally charged lambing season and they step into the showring as the kids try their luck at the county fair.'

Kelvin Fletcher said: "We're incredibly excited to return to filming for the second series of Fletchers' Family Farm. The response from our viewers has been truly heartwarming and inspiring!"

Liz Fletcher added: “It’s a genuine honour to invite the viewers back to our farm as we continue on this journey.”

When is it on TV?

No official start date has been given just yet, but bosses have said it will air in the Winter.

Leanne Clarke, Assistant Commissioner, Entertainment & Daytime ITV said: “We are thrilled to have Kelvin, Liz and the family return for a second series. Last series was an exciting one, as well as being extremely entertaining and insightful for viewers at home. We can’t wait to have them all back on our screens!”

What channel is it on?

Fletcher's Family Farm airs on ITV1 and ITVBe, and STV for viewers in Scotland.

How many episodes?

Series two will be made up of 10 one-hour episodes.

Ben Harris, Executive Producer Daisybeck Studios said: "Life on the farm is busier than ever, with a host of new livestock additions, an increasingly challenging market and four young children in tow. Kelvin and Liz truly have their work cut out, and we will be with them to capture all of the highs and lows as they face each challenge head on.”
