When Kerry learns that Amy has told Nate about their secret, she's panic stricken, convinced that Nate will blab.
At the café, Nate is deep in conversation with Tracy when a suspicious Amy walks in on them.
Worrying her mother might have been right, a furious Amy lashes out an accuses Nate of betraying her trust in front of a bemused Tracy.
Nate is offended and defensively insists he was actually covering for her, before storming off.
Upset, Amy turns to Kerry for comfort and, seeing how upset she is, Kerry determines to confront Nathan.
Kerry arrives at the farm to have words with Nathan. Peering through the window of the trailer, she's shocked to see Nathan and Moira in the throws of passion.
Oblivious to their visitor, Nathan and Moira kiss passionately. With their secret out, will Kerry tell Amy the truth about what she's seen?
Elsewhere, tensions are running high between Robert and Aaron as Aaron tries to reassure and unconvinced Robert about his plea hearing.
Meeting with his solicitor later that day, Robert is shocked when he advises him to plead guilty to the attack, but Robert makes it clear he won't.
Victoria is having worries of her own as she debates whether to testify for Robert, especially as she knows he wasn't really acting in self defense.
Marlon is appalled when Victoria admits that she lied to the police, and his disapproval makes her even more wary of lying in court.
Later that week the family gather at the court house and steel themselves for Robert's trial. Will Victoria decide to testify?
With Megan gone, Leyla is looking to hire a new member of staff at the business, but interviewing Amanda with Jamie and Kim in tow, she wonders what she's got herself into.
Tracy is elated when she finds a scrap of evidence that she thinks might prove her late dad Frank's innocence.
