If you're anything like us, your whole week has been leading up to the series finale of Doctor Foster tomorrow night at 9pm. If you're behind and watching on Netflix don't worry, we're not going to give anything away, but what we will tell you is that the cast have been banned from social media to avoid accidentally leaking any spoilers.

Neil Stuke, who plays the rather ruthless Chris Parks on the show, reckons the whole cast aren't allowed on social media for fear of the finale plot getting out there.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Neil said: "We're not allowed to do anything on social media. I couldn't post any pictures of the Maserati I got to drive in last week's episode.

"Everything is under lock and key. The plots are kept top secret. We haven't been able to talk to anybody about it - I didn't even talk to my other half...I think people are going to be really shocked and surprised."

This all comes after Suranne Jones, who plays Doctor Gemma Foster, admitted she'd be up for a third series if the 'story was right.' After revealing that series two does in fact have a 'solid ending,' she said, "If show creator Mike Bartlett comes up with another story then we'll talk about it. But for now, like the first one, it's got a really good, solid ending."

We hope so!

Fans of Doctor Foster have been gripped by the current series, with a massive 6.1 million viewers tuning into the second episode last month.

The final episode in series two will be aired on Tuesday 3rd October at 9pm.
