In what was the most competitive final in the show's entire history, featuring Regan Gascoigne, Brendan Cole and Kimberly Wyatt, Dancing On Ice viewers were left stunned by the quality of performances from this year's finalists.

And now, just days after Regan and his professional skating partner Karina Manta were crowned the 2022 champions by hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, ITV bosses have unveiled the final voting figures.

The new figures show Paul Gascoigne's son won Sunday night's final by a huge amount, receiving an incredible 62% of the votes.

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendan Cole and his partner Vanessa Bauer finished in second place, with 38% of the votes.

After 10 amazing weeks, Sunday night's grand final saw Regan, Brendan and Pussycat Doll Kimberley battle it out for the trophy.

After two performances each, it was Kimberley who finished in third place, with both Regan and Brendan going on to perform Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's iconic Bolero routine.

Although judges Jayne, Chris, Ashely Banjo and Oti Mabuse scored all performances, their scores weren't added to the public's vote, which determined the final result.
