CBB viewers slam John McCririck for harsh words to Coleen Nolan
John entered the house as part of a task
Celebrity Big Brother brought yet another twist to the house on last night's show when five housemates from past series returned as part of the new task.
Vanessa Feltz, John McCririck, Saira Khan, Luisa Zissman and 2017 housemate Austin Armacost returned for a Judge Ringer style task, where they each accused a housemate of being 'guilty' of something during their time in the house.
Despite the new task stirring yet more drama, viewers were appalled at controversial racing pundit John McCririck when he verbally attacked Coleen Nolan.
In front of the other housemates, John said, "Last time you were in the house you were known as one of the most boring, dull housemates that had ever been. And you've lived up to your reputation."
Not stopping there he added, "I've made full allowances that you're in a time of life that's difficult for women. You’ve made yourself an agony aunt but you admit your own marriage is in crisis."
He then started to have digs at Coleen about her personal lifestyle choices when he said, "You smoke too much, you eat too much, who are you to give advice?"
Viewers watching the show were outraged at John's behaviour towards the Loose Women star and took to Twitter to vent their anger, with some even calling him a 'bully'.
It wasn't just viewers who were left angry, when housemates returned to the main house they stuck up for Coleen, with Nicola McLean telling Big Brother she's had enough and wants to go home.
Meanwhile Jessica Cunningham and Heidi and Spencer we're the latest housemates to be evicted from the show during Friday night’s live eviction.
With the final set for Friday, yet another housemate is expected to leave today and will have their first interview with Emma on Tuesday night.
