Katy Perry's 'I'm His, He's Mine' has arrived along with the music video

For all you KatyCats out there, it's '143' month, meaning Katy Perry's album is due to arrive very soon, but before that, the 'Lifetimes' singer has released her new song, 'I'm His, He's Mine', which she premiered live on stage at the MTV VMAs.
The singer wowed fans by performing some of her biggest hits including 'Roar', 'ET', 'Dark Horse', 'I Kissed a Girl', 'California Gurls', her recent hit 'Lifetimes', and her new song 'I'm His, He's Mine' with American singer and rapper Doechii.
This was followed by the official music video, which dropped on the day the song was released, 13th September. In the video, fans get to see Katy Perry falling through the air hugging a man, while Doechii appears from a glass lift.
Just days before Katy premiered her song, she took to Instagram to announce her new song with Doechii.
Sharing a photo of the duo, Katy wrote: 'I’M HIS, HE’S MINE ft. @doechii SEPTEMBER 13 SONG + VIDEO PRE-SAVE NOW KATY.TO/SaveIHHM'.
Despite not sharing any clips of the new music at the time, Katy's fans were quick to leave excited comments. One fan wrote: 'LETS GOOOOOOO 🧡', (sic) and another said: 'It's coming 🔥🔥🔥'.
'I'm His, He's Mine' is the follow-up to Katy's catchy hit 'Lifetimes', which filled dance floors around the world when it was released back in August. Katy told us in an interview how her hit was inspired by her daughter Daisy. She told Fleur East on Hits Radio: "That song is really about her (Daisy). I wrote it about her, because right before we go to bed, I say: 'Will you find me in every lifetime?'"
The mum-of-one continued: "And she says: 'yes!'. But the funny thing is, this summer we've been at the beach a lot and I ordered these chocolate pirate coins off of Amazon. And so I will hide them when we're building sand castles, so she's digging, she finds like a chocolate pirate coin. She's like, so thrilled, beyond belief!"
Katy is set to release her sixth studio album called '143' on 20th September, which will feature 11 songs, including her comeback song 'Woman's World', 'Lifetimes' and this latest release 'I'm His, He's Mine'.
