It was recorded last year

It has been revealed that Tom Hardy's final Bedtime Story will be a tribute to his late dog Woody, who sadly died in June.
The Dunkirk actor recorded the segment for CBeebies last year with his dog and says it will be a fitting mark of respect to his beloved pooch.
Tom was deeply fond of Woody, who he had cared for since he was an 11-week-old stray. Woody was just six when he died, but in the short time he was with Tom the pair were inseparable, with the actor regularly taking him to film premieres and onto film sets. Here Tom was filmed with Woody at the Legend premiere in 2015.
Shortly after Woody's death Tom wrote an emotional message about his 'bestest friend'. In the message he described how his pet had been suffering from an 'aggressive polymyostisis' and after battling for six months he sadly died.
He continued, 'He was Far too young to leave us and We at home are devastated by his loss I am ultimately grateful for his loyal companionship and love and it is of some great comfort that he is no longer suffering. Above all I am completely gutted. the world for me was a better place with him in it and by my side.' sic
Tom Hardy's Bedtime Story will air on National Dog Day, 26th August.
