Take That are celebrating their 30th anniversary as a group this year and have revealed some amazing plans to celebrate the special milestone. In a recent interview, Mark Owen revealed some of the group's plans saying, “It’s 30 years this year! We’re making a record, we’re always celebrating, we’ve been celebrating for 30 years!”

Gary Barlow then revealed some exciting news for fans, “We have a Greatest Hits coming out, a selection of all of the songs, we have three new songs on there...like a few new songs to add to it and next year we’re doing a big Greatest Hits tour. So there's lots going on!”

This is great news for fans, many of whom have been following the band right from the beginning.

Take That started their domination of the charts in the early 90s, with varying line-ups over the years, they have now settled as a trio consisting of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen & Howard Donald.

Take That have had many very popular songs over the past three decades including their breakthrough hit 'It Only Takes A Minute' released in 1992. The song was a cover of a 1975 song by Taveres and reached Number 7 in the charts.

Then, in the 90s they had a string of hits including 'Pray', 'Relight My Fire' featuring pop legend Lulu, and 'Back For Good, continuing their success with 'Shine', 'Rule the World' and 'Greatest Day' when they returned to the music scene after their hiatus in 00s, followed by 'The Flood' in 2010 and 'These Days' in 2014.

Their last tour was ‘Wonderland Live’ which began in May 2017 and saw them tour the world, however as they have revealed, they are set to tour again for their 30th anniversary!
