Made In Chelsea's Binky reveals how she told JP she was pregnant
The couple are expecting a baby
Made In Chelsea stars Binky Felstead and Josh 'JP' Patterson appeared on today's episode of This Morning to discuss their baby news and set the record straight about their on/off relationship.
Binky, real name Alexandra, revealed the moment she broke the news to JP that she was expecting their first child, despite the couple not being in a relationship at the time.
Admitting it was actually Binky's mum who text him, JP said he was filming at the time and received a text message from Jane telling him how handsome he looked in one of his Instagram pictures.
25 minutes later, JP received another text from Jane reading, 'Binky's just taken a pregnancy test, you should come over'.
Admitting he can't describe the feeling, JP said, "I think the main thing that came into my mind was wanting Binky to be ok."
Despite the moment being very private with no cameras around, the couple are set to play out Binky's pregnancy on the new series of Made In Chelsea which begins tonight (Monday 20th March) on E4.
During their interview with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, the couple also admitted they didn't get back together for the sake of their baby, they got together because the love is there.
When Phillip asked the pair what went wrong the last time for them to split, JP revealed a number of things led to the point where things got too much.
JP also admitted he thinks himself and Binky have both changed since finding out the news they are expecting a baby. He said, "The changes in myself and Binks from finding out the news is what makes it so special. You find out things about one another that you didn't necessarily know before, which I think is so important."
