The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge reveal name of newborn son
He was delivered at 11.01am!
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed their third baby into the world on Monday, a baby boy on Saint George's Day!
After welcoming their son at 11.01am on Monday 23rd April, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have now revealed they've decided to call the little Prince Louis Arthur Charles.
Kensington Palace wrote, 'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge'. sic
The news of the new Royal baby was first confirmed by a statement released on the official Kensington Palace Twitter account. It read, 'Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.' sic
The latest arrival is fifth in line to throne and the couple's third child together. After marrying on 29th April 2011, the Royal couple welcomed Prince George into the world on the 22nd July 2013 and Princess Charlotte on the 2nd May 2015.

The happy news comes after Kensington Palace revealed The Duchess had been admitted to St Mary's Hospital on Monday morning, with The Duchess in the early stages of labour.
The tweet read, 'Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London earlier this morning in the early stages of labour. The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.'
