A 24 year old man from Sheffield is facing murder charges

A man from Sheffield has been charged with murder, after the death of 31 year old Ricky Collins in Killamarsh last week.

He was found with serious injuries after being attacked in Westthorpe Road last Monday. He later died in hospital.

Last night Bradley Ward, 24, from the Frecheville area of the city, was charged over the killing.

He's due to appear at Derby Crown Court on Friday.

A 29 year old woman from Sheffield, who was arrested on Monday, has been bailed.

Two men aged 43 and 44 have previously been charged with assisting an offender.

A 16 year old boy, who was arrested on suspicion of murder last week, has been bailed.

Police are still looking for a silver Vauxhall Astra seen near the scene of the crime.
