Barnsley FC boss Poya Asbaghi has left Oakwell by mutual consetn after their relegation to League One.

The Reds fall from the Championship was confirmed in their defeat to Huddersfield on Friday night.

Asbaghi took over in November last year and the side have remained bottom of the table since then.

His assistant Ferran Sibila also departs today, with Martin Devaney taking charge for the final three games of the season on Tuesday and Saturday then a week on Saturday.
