P Diddy falls through hole in the stage at BET Awards - WATCH
He takes a painful tumble
The artist formerly known as Puff Daddy, P Diddy, took a painful fall through a hole in the stage at the Black Entertainment Awards in Los Angeles.
To celebrate Bad Boy Records’ 20th anniversary, P Diddy appeared alongside Lil’ Kim, Mase, Faith Evans, 112 and the Lox to perform a medley of the record label’s biggest hits.
However, things took an embarrassing turn for P Diddy when, truly immersed in his performance, he fell through a hole that Lil Kim used for her dramatic entrance.
Fortunately P Diddy was helped out of the hole by fans in the front pit area of the Microsoft Theater and, ever the consummate professional, he completed his set.
In a particularly poignant moment, a video montage of P Diddy’s late friend and rap legend Notorious BIG played as he rapped along to Mo Money Mo Problems.
