The Whitby branch of TSB is to close.
The bank has revealed it will shut 164 branches, with the loss of more than 900 jobs, as it heads towards more digital banking.
TSB says more customers are using its digital banking services during the COVID-19 crisis as it continues to rebuild trust following the IT fiasco in 2018, which saw almost two million customers locked out of their accounts for weeks.
The Whitby branch is set to close on June 2 next year.
