Police issue CCTV appeal following recent theft in Whitby

Police have issued CCTV of a man they would like to speak to following a theft in Whitby.

It happened at Harrison’s Garage, Upgang Lane at 3pm on 7 February and involved a man stealing several packets of cigarettes.

Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the person in the images as they believe they may have information that will help the investigation.
