Two men in court after ram-raid at Scarborough store
It happened on Monday morning on Falsgrave Road.
Two Scarborough men have been in court, after trying to ram-raid a shop in the town.
[It happened at around 2.15am on Monday at the Spar on Falsgrave Road, when a silver Volkswagen Golf was reversed into the front of the premises.
50 year-old David Marsh, of no fixed abode and Martin Duffy, 42, from Scalby Road, are both charged with burglary.
They're yet to admit or deny it and are due back in court next month.
Mr Marsh has been remanded in custody.
