Snow and ice is affecting traffic to and from the Yorkshire Coast.
The A169 from Whitby to Pickering is blocked both ways and police say it is closed to all vehicles. It is due to snow from the A171 Guisborough Road in Whitby to Woodlands Park in Pickering.
People in Bridlington are being urged to be cautious as the A166 at Garrowby Hill to and from York is thick ice covered in snow. Police say it is causing a hazard to road users.
