A Scarborough man's been jailed, for breaching the terms of the Sex Offenders' Register.

52 year-old Marcin Derewecki, from Hildenley Close, was arrested last month - after he was found to be using another name online and a different email address, without telling police.

He admitted 2 counts of failing to comply with a notification requirement.

Derewecki was given a suspended sentence in 2016, for offences relating to indecent images of children.

He's been sent to prison for 8 months by a judge at York Crown Court.
