Scarborough man accused of attempted murder appears in court
It's after a serious assault last month on Falsgrave Road
A Scarborough man who has been accused of attempted murder has appeared in court.
It happened on Falsgrave Road at around 11.30pm on Friday the 10th of December last year.
Police say they received calls from the public about a serious on-going assault involving a man and a woman.
The suspect fled the scene and a helicopter had be used in the search for him.
Jack Sutton, 23 and from Mount View Avenue in Scarborough, is still yet to admit or deny attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has been remanded into custody with a further court hearing being set for April and a provisional trial date the month after.
