Visitor restrictions at Scarborough and Bridlington Hospitals
It's been re-imposed because of increasing Covid-19 cases
Health bosses have reintroduced the measures to protect patients, staff and visitors at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals following a rise in Covid cases.
Though some exceptions will be made for extreme circumstances.
What hospitals will be affected?
- York Hospital
- Scarborough Hospital
- Bridlington Hospital
- Malton Hospital
- The New Selby War Memorial Hospital
- St Monica's Hospital Easingwold
- White Cross Rehabilitation Hospital
- Nelsons Court
Most patients can still have one visitor only, but must remain in the hospital room for the duration of the visit and this limited to one hour only.
