Scalby Road in Scarborough re-opens after police incident

Police say the roads around Scalby Road in Scarborough are now re-opening.

It's after officers were dealing with an on-going incident earlier involving a vulnerable man in a nearby property.

Police say it's been brought to a safe conclusion and the man has been taken to hospital for treatment.
