Royal Hotel in Scarborough to hold coffee and cake event for Ukraine
All proceeds today will go to British Red Cross' appeal for humanitarian aid
There is a coffee and cake event in Scarborough today to raise money to help Ukraine.
All proceeds raised will go to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal via the British Red Cross, providing much needed food, water, shelter and medical assistance for those affected.
It is at the Royal Hotel on St. Nicholas Street from 9.30am until 2.30pm.
People can enjoy tea, coffee and cakes with some live enteratinment provided by Andy Russell Magician and Pianist Bruce McGhie.
The hotel says they will also have doggie treat bags and puppacino’s available so pet owners can bring along their dogs to the event too.
