Police appeal after power tools stolen in York

Police are appealing for information about a car which was broken into and power tools were stolen in York.

It happened overnight between Sunday and Monday in the car park of Hedley House Hotel on Bootham Terrace.

The rear window of an Audi A4 was smashed, and Makita power tools were taken from within.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
