North Yorkshire Police investigating recent disturbance at the Clock Cafe in Scarborough

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a public order incident that occurred at The Clock Café in Scarborough.

It happened at The Clock Café in Scarborough at around 2.45pm on Wednesday 26 May 2021 when a man, believed to be in his mid 20s, entered the café and caused a disturbance and before leaving.

The force are now requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and to establish if there are any witnesses that were in the café at the time, that are willing to come forward with information.

In particular, we are appealing for information about what was said by the male and any of his actions whilst in the café.

The male is described as white, believed to be in his mid 20s, average build, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and had long, dark, curly hair to just below his ears. He as wearing a black puffer jacket, black t-shirt and black trousers.
