More Yorkshire Coast Businesses Closed Due To Coronavirus

More businesses on the Yorkshire Coast have closed due to Coronavirus.

The Queens Hotel on Bridlington High Street says it's been notified that a recent customer has tested positive for Covid-19.

The guest was on the premises on Saturday the 12th of September at around 8pm.

The hotel says the person, who is a carer, hasn't displayed any symptoms and has regular tests.

Meanwhile, The Hook and Parrot pub in Bridlington, on Marlborough Terrace, has also announced it's closed its doors.

It says a customer, that was on premises on Thursday the 10th of September, has tested positive for Covid-19.

The pub is planning to reopen its doors tomorrow (Wednesday 16th September)
