Hull and East Yorkshire Mind are reaching out to people encouraging them to get the support they need.
It follows the explosive interview between Meghan and Oprah Winfrey - where she opened up about suicidal thoughts while part of the Royal Family.
The Duchess of Sussex claimed she begged for help but was told it wouldn't look good. Buckingham Palace have yet to respond to the accusations made of racism and bullying.
Debbie Thomson, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, said: "A lot of people when they're feeling in crisis can feel completely isolated and alone but there is a lot of support out there.
It's nothing to be ashamed of or fearful of. That first step is the hardest bit, I'm not saying it's going to be an easy ride but opening up and asking for help is so important."
The charity is now urging anyone who needs help to take a look at their website. https://www.heymind.org.uk/
