Man with knife arrested in Bridlington

A man has been arrested in Bridlington after being found with a lock knife.

Police say it happened this morning on New Burlington Road.

Officers said:

"There is no place for knives on our streets and positive action will always be taken.

"If you know or suspect anyone to be carrying a knife around the streets in your community please contact police on 101 for non emergency reporting or 999 for crimes in action."
