A 32-year-old man is remanded to appear before Hull Magistrates Court today charged with the serious assault of a man in Tennyson Avenue in Bridlington on Monday 14 December.
Jamie Duffield, of no fixed abode, is also charged with being in possession of a metal bat, as well as smashing a window of a property and damaging a police vehicle.
