Man appears in court accused of murder in Tadcaster

22 year old Taylor Fenwick did not enter a plea and will be back in court in Leeds tomorrow

A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a man was stabbed in Tadcaster.

22 year old Taylor Fenwick is accused of killing 23 year old Luke Miller on Boxing Day.

Police were called to reports of an incident on Rosemary Court at about 07:20 on Boxing Day morning.

When they got there they found Mr Miller who had suffered a single stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

22 year old Taylor Fenwick from - Rosemary Court in Tadcaster - appeared at York Magistrates earlier. He did not enter a plea and was remanded into custody.

He is expected at Leeds Crown Court tomorrow morning.
