People in Bridlington and the East Riding are being made aware about a free employment support service.
The Humber Job Hub is urging those over 18 who are looking to get back into work to sign up to get help.
Angela Harraway, Project Director of the Community Job Club at Humber Job Hub, said:
"It's for anyone who's unemployed at present, anyone who's been furloughed, been made redundant, anyone who's returning to the work market or anyone who maybe feels like their employment at the moment isn't secure, like someone on a zero hour contract.
"It was just obvious that there was a need for support for individuals that they weren't receiving through the job centre, because they weren't actually unemployed or the job centre just didn't have the support facilities there for them to really give them one-to-one and individual support in their job search."
The Humber Job Hub says it can help you:
• Learn from the comfort of your own home, staying safe in the current circumstances
• Enjoy a relaxed and informal space for you to focus on YOU and ways to get back into work or further training
• Chance for one-to-one support with an experienced recruiter and employer
• Option to mingle with a small online group of people in a similar situation to you and share your experiences
• Help you explore what career direction you want to go in and create a relevant CV
• Help you learn how to go about finding the right jobs with the right companies, or even how to work from home
• Prepare for different types of interviews, giving opportunities in a safe and nurturing space for invaluable practice in asking and answering questions
• Exclusive access to an expert in health and wellness, who will deliver very popular sessions on confidence and how to conduct yourself for success. She can also help with other mental health issues you may be facing, how to deal with adversity or issues around family support
• They also have a trained ESOL qualified teacher who can help with your language skills if English isn't your first language, and basic functional Maths and English
People are being asked to sign up for the latest club which starts on Tuesday 19th January.
